This is your typical intracoastal waterway home, nice house, landscaping, and of course a boat. If you look on an area map there are literally miles and miles of little canals and such with all these nice homes scattered about
South on the beach at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. An interesting note, this is right in the middle of Ft Lauderdale, and in 1893 he puchased this beachfront property for $1 an acre. He donated the land to prevent development missing out on a nice return.
